Kindergarten Roundup is Thursday, April 27th from 2-3pm in the kindergarten classroom. Children who will be attending kindergarten next year, and their parents, are invited to visit the classroom and pick up their registration packets at the office.
Cove High School presents The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical on April 20 & 21 at 7:00 pm and April 23 at 2:00 pm at the Coe-Kerr Community Building on the Ascension School campus in Cove. Congratulations to the Cove FBLA Chapter for being the #1 Chapter in the state of Oregon this year with 6,400 points in the Champion Chapter Competition. Only two other chapters in the state received this Gold Chapter recognition. Mazama was second with 6,100 points, and Bonanza was third with 6,000 points. Our Cove High School Chapter also raised more money than any other chapter in the state for the March of Dimes. Cove FBLA raised $750 and Baker High was second with $200. Thank you to all who sponsored our Bowling for Babies event, and kudos to all our FBLA members for their hard work during the 2022-2023 school year.

Congratulations to the Cove High School FBLA Chapter members for their day-one accomplishments at the Oregon State FBLA Conference. The following students were top 10 in their events: Tanner Rovey, Collin Rovey, Alexandria Aguilera, Angel Shield-Marrs (2 events), Hannah Ramey, Connor Kimbro (2 events), and Olivia Michael. Collin, Connor, Olivia, and Angel have qualified for the national conference in Atlanta this June. So proud of our Leopards!!! More results to come on Saturday.

High School Course Forecasting for 2023/2024 will begin next week! Next year's Senior Class will begin forecasting during school on Monday, April 10; Junior Class on Tuesday, April 11; Sophomore Class on Tuesday, April 11; and Freshman Class on Wednesday, April 12. All students will be given paperwork today to take home. Please review this information with them and help them fill out their paperwork to bring back to school next week. Forecasting will close on Sunday, April 16. Paperwork and information will also be available during Parent Conferences tonight and tomorrow morning.
