Congratulations to Cove's 2026 National Honor Society inductees!
Membership in the National Honor Society (NHS) is one of the highest honors a high school student can achieve. Selection is made by our Faculty Council after a thorough review of each candidate’s scholarship (a GPA of 3.5 or higher beginning the second semester of sophomore year), as well as exemplary leadership, service, and character. Congratulations Kyle Girdner, Matthew Blake, Henry Wadner, Jayden Hansen, Eliza Pettit, Sofia Garcia, Clara Peasley and Reagan Kelty on this well deserved achievement!

HOSA–Future Health Professionals had an amazing time this week at the Future of Healthcare Conference in Hermiston! Students rolled up their sleeves and jumped into hands-on workshops where they practiced suturing, explored veterinary medicine, dental skills, medical simulation, phlebotomy, and so much more.
They also connected with a variety of healthcare career agencies and colleges, gaining valuable insight into future opportunities in the medical field. To top it off, students participated in a healthcare career poster competition — congratulations to Giavanna Savage for earning 1st place and Lyobeth Hill for taking 3rd place!
A big thank you to Janci Sivey for organizing such an engaging and inspiring event. What a fantastic experience for our future health professionals!
