FRC Team 9438 - Leopard Tech competed in a robotics tournament last weekend at Wilsonville High School and were met with great success. This small but mighty group of students placed rank 10 out of 31 after qualification matches and ended up as the captain of alliance 6 during alliance selection going into eliminations where they lasted 3 rounds in a double elimination bracket. We are very proud of their accomplishments this year. Go Leopards!

HOSA – Future Health Professionals Update
Members of HOSA – Future Health Professionals recently had a great experience at the state conference. Students participated in a variety of hands-on workshops, toured Boise State University, competed in skills competitions, and collaborated with fellow HOSA members and healthcare professionals from across the state.
Our two CPR/First Aid teams also did an outstanding job at their first state-level competition. We are incredibly proud of their hard work, preparation, and willingness to step up to the challenge.
A special congratulations goes to Eliza Pettit, who placed in the Top 5 in Healthcare Administration—an outstanding accomplishment!

Harper Bohannon has sparked a soccer craze in the elementary school. She even wrote a convincing letter to the powers that be and the school purchased some collapsible goals for the playground! The class worked together, got them all set up and had their first game yesterday afternoon. Way to go, Harper!

HOSA–Future Health Professionals had an amazing time this week at the Future of Healthcare Conference in Hermiston! Students rolled up their sleeves and jumped into hands-on workshops where they practiced suturing, explored veterinary medicine, dental skills, medical simulation, phlebotomy, and so much more.

They also connected with a variety of healthcare career agencies and colleges, gaining valuable insight into future opportunities in the medical field. To top it off, students participated in a healthcare career poster competition — congratulations to Giavanna Savage for earning 1st place and Lyobeth Hill for taking 3rd place!

A big thank you to Janci Sivey for organizing such an engaging and inspiring event. What a fantastic experience for our future health professionals!
