Please join us for our December Booster Club meeting! It will be tonight, 7:00 pm, in the cafeteria. We will be finalizing plans and sign ups for the upcoming middle school basketball tournament. We look forward to seeing you there!
The Ag Production, Marketing, and Communication class is working on a community outreach program with a local retirement home. Each student designed Christmas cards with a web based design program. Now the students will write personal messages to folks in the retirement home. Shout out to senior Maggie Frisch who spearheaded this project, and substitute teacher Jenny Beverage forgetting cards printed and making it happen!

GAME CHANGE--Middle school boy's basketball game in Union is at 4:00 pm on Thursday, December 2nd, instead of 6:00 pm.

HAPPY EARLY THANKSGIVING - Life Skills class made Thanksgiving Dinner for the staff. They learned how to roast a turkey, make hot rolls from scratch with homemade jam, green bean casserole, stuffing, mashed potatoes w/ gravy & topped it off with pumpkin pie. Then we had dinner as a class & shared what we are thankful for..... if your student is in this class, invite them to help with dinner next week.

National Signing Day at Cove High School! Audrey Garlitz has committed to play Women's Soccer for the NCAA University of Mary in Bismark, North Dakota after graduating. She is a talented forward/midfielder currently playing for the Portland Thorns Academy Club team and National Women's Deaf Team. We are extremely appreciative of the Cove Booster Club for donating a wonderful cake for all to enjoy!

A big shout out to the Union/Cove girls Cross Country team for their 3rd place finish in the 1A/2A/3A State Championship last weekend in Eugene. Bandon and Vernonia tied for 1st place with 74 points. We are so very proud of our Lady Cats. Congratulations!!!

Congratulations to the Union/Cove boy's Cross Country team for winning the 1A/2A State Championship last Saturday at Lane Community College in Eugene. This is an amazing team who wins both on the course, in their schools, and in their communities. We are so proud of you. GO CATS!

The Cove/Union FFA is having a great time our National FFA Convention trip! We spent the last two full days at convention, today we went to a sheep/hay farm, and we’re headed to see Garth at the Grand Ole Opry tonight!
