The Heart of the School Award: Nomination Form
Cove School District would like to recognize outstanding educators who go the extra mile in our District and show superior dedication to student success.
All District employees can be nominated: teachers, educational assistants, support staff, counselors, food service employees, transportation, maintenance, etc.
Anyone can nominate someone for The Heart of the School Award! School leaders, teacher, paraprofessionals, coworkers, students, staff, parents, and community members are welcome to nominate someone.
Nomination Deadline: April 28th
Recipients Notified: May 1st
Awards Presentation: May Day Program, May 2nd
