In the spirit of giving this Christmas, the Cove 4th grade class donated over 300 lbs of food to the Cove Food Pantry, and the Kindergarten class gave almost 200 lbs of food . Their generosity was rewarded with a doughnut party and gift bags from the Cove Chapter of FBLA. Thank you to these wonderful students and all who gave this year to the FBLA Canned Food Drive. Thursday, December 21st is an early release. K-8th will be released at 12:20pm. High School will be released at lunch time 12:05pm. Those students that ride a bus, buses will depart at 12:30pm and run regular routes. Happy Holidays Everyone! See you all back on January 8th.

Cove FFA members had a great time on the "Forestry Tour" last week. Students were able to tour a logging site, meet with industry professionals, and tour the Woodgrain Mill in La Grande. A huge thank you to the Oregon Dept. of Forestry, Woodgrain, Boise Cascade, and Handcock Forest Management for partnering and putting this together for our students.

K-8th grade - Student ASB fees of $10 are due for your Student(s) in order for them to receive a school ID card. This will get them into school activities for free. Please pay your $10 per student at the front office. Thank you for your cooperation.
A Toy Distribution will be held in the Cove Methodist Church basement! On December 15th from 6-8pm and December 16th, 10am-1pm Parent/Guardians and Grandparents are able to come shop completely free of charge for their kids. Toys & Gifts for all ages are available!
