Kindergarten is having fun honing their memory and sequencing skills in an “Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly” card game tournament. Winners get to move to a new game spot. So fun!
Thursday was a magnificent day at Cove School. The Bad Penny Pleasuremakers visited us all the way from New Orleans. Kids got to listen and learn about old time jazz. We discussed history, inspiration, hard work, dreams and how to breath new life into classic, historic songs.

VFW Patriot Pen writing contest!
Cabela was presented with the 2nd place award and Laurel won the 3rd place award.
Both had winning essays based on the topic "What Makes America Great."

The Cove Animal Science class finally got the chance to use our “Barn Kitchen” to process chickens they have raised since the beginning of the school year. We are blessed to be able to work in this facility!
